Perspektiva
Perspektiva is a youth leader training and mentoring program designed to equip Russian youth leaders reach the teenagers of the former Soviet Union, and train & equip other youth leaders. Since 2002 more than 40 youth leaders from all over the former Soviet Union have completed this two-year program and are implementing Jesus-focused youth ministry through dozens of local churches. ITeams Russia exists to train and mobilize those who want to serve people of other cultures, and to see a greater number of Russian churches involved in their global calling to compassionate evangelism.
